Tourist Information & Rules
General information
All tours offered on this website have been arranged exclusively for Conference delegates and their accompanying persons. The buses always depart from and return to the Prague Congress Centre (if not otherwise indicated) and all tours will be accompanied by an English speaking guide. Tickets should be booked in advance by the means of the On-line Social & Tourist Program Form or you can download this form in pdf file here, fill it in and send by mail or fax to the .
The prepaid tickets can be picked up during the registration at the special SOCIAL & TOURIST PROGRAM desk, the remaining tickets will be on sale here during the registration hours however it is advisable to make your reservation before the Conference.
Tours will be operated in case of minimum 15 participants and the organizers reserve the right to cancel a tour should there be insufficient interest. An alternative program will be offered to the delegate, in case it cannot be accepted the organizers will provide the full refund of the prepaid costs.
Registered guests, children above 11 years and children up to 11 years can choose one of the following tours of Prague free of charge as it is included in their registration fee – kindly mark your choice on the On-line Social & Tourist Program Form:

Reservation
Upon receipt of your on-line tour reservation the Secretariat will send you the Preliminary Reservation Confirmation with the listing of the requested tours and the total price.
Payment
To guarantee your ticket reservation kindly send us the full prepayment of the requested social & tourist program BY JULY 01, 2006. All prepaid tickets will be distributed on the spot at the Social & Tourist Program desk in the registration area of the GA IAU.
Terms of payment
Payment for booked social & tourist program must be settled in EUR by:

Mastercard/Eurocard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express credit cards are accepted. Please enter your credit card number, expiry date and cardholder´s name in the appropriate space on the Social and Tourist Program Form. Do not forget to enter also the CVC2 (MasterCard/EuroCard) or CVV2 (VISA) code which is printed on the reverse side of your credit card at the signature panel (last three digits). Please fill in the billing address (American Express only).

Cancellation, refunds & changes
The should be notified in written form of any cancellation of a tourist program. The appropriate refunds will be made after the end of Conference. The following cancellation conditions will apply:
cancellation before and on July 15, 2006
- full refund less handling fee of EUR 15
cancellation after July 15, 2006
- no refund
In case of any change in the confirmed tourist programme after JULY 15, there will be a fee charged in the amount of EUR 5 per one ticket. Should the change be caused by organizers due to cancellation or any other reasons, no change fee will be applied.
